Outlook 2000 Rules Wizard
Here are the steps you can take to configure Oulook so that it moves {Spam?} and {Virus?} emails out of your Inbox, to somewhere else.
1. In Outlook 2000, right click on your top level folder, and choose "New Folder"

2. Enter a name for the new folder you are about to create, and click OK

3. On the Tools menu, choose Rules Wizard

4. Click "Check messages when they arrive" and click the Next button.

5. In the upper pane, tick the "with specific words in the subject"
line.
In the lower pane, click "specific words" and the "Search Text"
window pops up.
Enter the text
{Spam?} as shown, then click the Add button.

6. With
the "Search Text" window still open, enter the text {Virus?} and click
the Add button, then click the OK button.

7. The "Search Text" window closes, and in the Rules Wizard window, click Next.

8.
In the upper pane, tick the "move it to the specified folder" line.
In the lower pane, click "specified" and another window pops up.
Browse for the
folder you created earler, click on it, and then click OK.

9. Click the Finish button and you are done!
